Ibintu 10 wakora mu gihe hari ubushyuhe bwinshi

Ubushyuhe bwinshi bushobora kugira ingaruka mbi ku buzima bw’abantu, cyane cyane abana, abantu bakuze, n’abafite uburwayi. Mu gihe cy’impeshyi cyangwa mu gihe ubushyuhe bwazamutse cyane, ni ngombwa gufata ingamba zo kwirinda ingaruka zishobora guterwa n’ubushyuhe bukabije.

Urubuga rwa Topsante rivuga ibintu bimwe na bimwe wakora kugira ngo wirinde:

1. Kunywa amazi 

Iyo ubushyuhe ari bwinshi, umubiri urekura amazi menshi binyuze mu kubira ibyuya. Ni byiza kunywa amazi menshi uko bishoboka, n’iyo waba utumva inyota, kugira ngo wirinde umwuma (dehydration).

Ku bantu bafite uburwayi bwihariye, ni byiza kugisha inama muganga, igihe cyose bumva hari ikitameze neza mu mubiri.
