Dr. Carol Dweck, umwarimu muri Stanford University mu Bwongereza, asobanura ko ababyeyi bakwiye gushishikariza abana babo kwiyumvamo “growth mindset” imyumvire yo kumva ko gutsindwa atari iherezo ahubwo ari intangiriro y’andi mahirwe yo kwiga.
