Umubyibuho ukabije ntukwiye kureberwa ku biro gusa-Ubushakashatsi

Amabwiriza mashya y’abaganga bo muri Canada avuga ko umubyibuho ukabije ukwiye kujya upimirwa ku magara y’umuntu ntibibe gusa ibiro bye.

Avuga ko “Abantu bose, hatarebwe ibiro bafite n’imiterere yabo, bungukira mu mirire ikwiriye no gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri”.

Abaganga ngo bakwiye kandi gusaba uruhushya abarwayi mbere yo kuganira nabo iby’ibiro byabo, bagakorana nabo bibanda cyane ku ngamba zafasha amagara, aho kubabwira gusa ngo bagabanye gufata intungamubiri.
